THE PRETTY VILLAGE OF DUCLAIR

On the abbey route and on the fruit route, the pretty village of Duclair occupies a privileged site, along the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park.

Within this green setting, you can walk in the park of the Château du Taillis, which has remarkable trees such as a giant sequoia, a tulip tree and an Atlas cedar.
Although the castle is not open to the public, some of its outbuildings can be visited, such as the former stables occupied by the August '44 Museum, which recounts the violent fighting of the Battle of Normandy.
